My root blocked drain was inspected using a camera and then cleared using a water jet nozzle in record time with no mess or digging. The Drain Pipe King team arrived on site exactly when they stated they would. They left the site spotless after each day. They gave excellent explanations as to what they were doing, and provided before and after photos of the repairs. Furthermore, they re-configured the pipe system to enable easier access in the future, if required. Our experience with drain Pipe King was excellent. Mike was really obliging in coming out and using the jetter again to clear the pipe. The tree roots were really aggressive but he did a great job clearing it and making sure everything was flushing and working properly. I really appreciated the time and effort he put in. He didn’t charge me for it because it fell within the warranty period, he kept his word. I would certainly recommend Mike, he is very helpful and does a really good job.
